2. Services
We provide magnetic phone-locking pouches and related accessories for rental at events and for outright purchase. Services may include delivery, on-site briefing, collection, and sale of magnetic unlock base stations (sold or rented separately unless otherwise stated in your quotation).
3. Enquiries and Orders
Information on our website, including indicative pricing, is for general guidance. A binding order is formed only when we issue a written quotation or proforma invoice and you accept it in writing (including email confirmation) and pay any required advance or deposit.
4. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard indicative pricing is:
- Rental: ₹145 per piece / event day (plus applicable GST);
- Purchase: ₹399 per piece (plus applicable GST).
Final amounts, volume discounts, delivery charges, unlock base pricing, and GST will be specified in your quotation or tax invoice. Payment terms, including advance, balance, and security deposit for rentals, must be settled as stated in the quotation. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services as permitted by law.
5. Security Deposits (Rentals)
For rental orders, a refundable security deposit may be required based on quantity and event duration. Deposits are refunded after pouches are returned and inspected, subject to deductions for loss, damage, or missing items. Deposit terms will be stated in your quotation.
6. Delivery, Setup, and Collection
Delivery and collection timelines depend on location, quantity, and event schedule. You are responsible for providing accurate venue details, access, and a suitable contact on site. Risk of loss or damage to rented pouches passes to you upon delivery and remains with you until successful collection and inspection by us.
7. Proper Use and Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use pouches only for lawful phone-storage purposes at authorised events;
- Not tamper with, force open, or modify locking mechanisms;
- Ensure attendees are briefed on proper use and unlock procedures;
- Return all rented inventory in the condition received, fair wear excepted;
- Promptly report loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.
8. Product Warranty (Purchase)
Purchased pouches are covered against manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated in your invoice. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper storage. Unlock base stations may carry separate warranty terms.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms depend on order type and timing. Advance payments may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after inventory allocation, dispatch, or within the notice period stated in your quotation. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to bank processing times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.
We are not responsible for contents stored inside pouches, including personal devices or data. Customers remain responsible for attendee belongings and event compliance.
11. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product designs, website content, and marketing materials related to MobiShield and MKRJ Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. are our intellectual property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without prior written consent, except as permitted for event deployment of branded rental inventory.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MKRJ Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of products, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws at your event or premises.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Orders confirmed under prior terms remain governed by the terms in effect at confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.
